I'm happy to announce that the herbs seeds I brought over from SG have sprouted and seem to be doing well. This is a pic of Italian basil seedlings. Life is normalising.

Exhausting
This week, I finally felt the full force of having a full week of both Cuisine and Pastry with more complicated dishes, I missed out taking certain notes, though not detrimental to the dishes I made, but still made some last minute revelations. My attention is stretched, and I have to concentrate harder, afterall, it's not easy being a student again!

you should so see the photos of the basil you grew in the balcony. After i took them down to the backyard, they have grown significantly taller and larger. In fact, they don't look like basil at all. Will take some photos and show you. Am going to do some major reno to the front lawn of No. 3. Cleared away the heliconias and the thammatos (leafy ones). Am going to grow my costuses there, and maybe the white rojak plant. TIme for change.
