This morning, I woke up with a song in my head, well, someone posted it on FB, and after listening, it brought back memories. Memories of my first (rather kiddo-looking) Puccini CD - a collection of different arias of his works, I think I bought at the Tower Records at Pacific Plaza, yes, it was THAT long ago! That's when I still stayed at my parents', when I was making myself pasta during weekends, reading travel guides from the library, dreaming of places to visit. When I marvelled at the beauty of life, the places, the cuisines, the colors, sights and sounds. Must have been more than 10yrs ago now.
