I've been planning a menu for Rus and gang and another for Maggie for this weekend. This time round will be a relatively quiet affair, as I will not have much domestic help, and only 6 pax per dinner, I'm planning 4 courses:
Rus: Beef Consomme with Brunoises of Vegetables; Salmon Wrapped in Cabbage, Red wine sauce; Oxtail "Miroton", Profiteroles
Mag: Roasted tomatoes soup; Stuffed Quails with Wild Rice; Blanquette de Veau (white veal stew); Fraisier
Greengrocer is on his way!!
