Trip to Samui

I realise I haven't updated on my trip to Koh Samui.
Needless to say, this is not the right
season for the Gulf, but it means there are less tourists and you still get some hours of sunshine in the afternoon.  The few clouds gave it some atmosphere.

Took a dive trip to Koh Tao, man, it was rough seas between Koh Pha Ngan and Koh Tao.  The ferry was overcrowded, some people were standing and everyone (almost!) was throwing up.  One point to take note: Don't have an upset stomach amongst seasick passengers - you don't wanna visit the toilet.....  About the pic, don't ask me what I was doing, it's very dangerous, you don't wanna try this at home... yeah, kicking off a shark, that's it.....

Koh Samui is not just all about the beach however.  The interiors are mostly coconut plantations, and the island is studded with craggy mountains that promise good treks.  There are 3 waterfalls which are quite refreshing.
