Been a while since I updated this blog, nothing much to add, except, we travelled out to Koh Samet last weekend, the second time I've been there, for other photos of gorgeous blue waters and pristine fine white sand beach, look here. I added some sunset photos this time, it's one of my favorite, if not the favorite, time of the day.
Er... a random photo of long lines of red lanterns lining the walkway of Siam Paragon, swaying in the wind, it's a pretty sight. Reminds me of the red arches leading up to a shinto temple in Kyoto, Japan. Yellow spider refuses to leave my hand....
It's 5.40pm, I got back from school not long ago, with a most delicious slice of cake - Bavarian Cream Cake in Three Chocolate (white, milk, dark choc layers, a thin sponge base, with soooo shiny choc glazing on top. What? Yeah, this is a typical afternoon tea treat for me, yeah........ (envious yet?) For more photos of cakes, look at the food blog.

lovely pics of the coast line and seawater.. how place to be able to just sit there relax do nothing and daydream
yeah, it's a beautiful coast, waves smashing against the rocks, who know nothing else since the day they were born, stone after stones leading to nowhere, scrubby bushes weathered by the harsh winds, but they live to see another glorious sunset.
i had a good talk with a friend there, it was a sobering moment... how often do you stop in your tracks to look and listen? Hear something or someone else?
