I know I've been away from my blog a long time. The problem is I have so much trouble with subscribing to an internet service here in Paris. The leadtime is sooooo long! You have to first get a fixed line account with France Telecom, (they offer internet as well, but apparently not the best connection), and then subscribe to Free.fr, unlimited for 29.90 euro (with free phone service and TV service), then I have to cut the down from France Telecom to Free.fr, and they will blah blah... the "modem" arrived yesterday... but i couldn't get it to work, they said, the line is still in construction, there's nothing to construct!! the line is working, the network is there, they just have to activate it! grrrrrrr!!!!
Meanwhile, enjoy the view of Eiffel Tower that I see when I leave the restaurant where I'm interning. Evening rush hour!!

Well you could have skipped the FT step...
The line is constructed for the phone only part but not connected yet to the adsl equipments of free.fr and that's something FT has to do.
yeah, i should have... i must have missed an option 'degroupage total' somewhere when i signed up online! how do u know so much abt FT/free.fr anyway?
